Proposal Approved for Final Design Services for New Mixed-Use Public Library
At their regular meeting on August 14, 2023, the New Richmond City Council approved a professional services proposal from consultant ISG for the final engineering and design for a new mixed-use public library.
The scope of services for the contract includes civil engineering, architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering (HVAC and plumbing), electrical engineering, technology design, interior design, permitting, and construction administration. Upon completion, the City will have State-approved building plans ready to bid out to general contractors for construction.
