Certified Survey Map and Condominium Plat Approved for Library Building Project
At their regular meeting on May 13, 2024, the New Richmond City Council approved the certified survey map (CSM) and condominium plat for the library building project. The approval of these two applications represents yet another important milestone for the project and moves the project one step closer towards breaking ground.
The applications were first reviewed by the Plan Commission during a public hearing held on May 7, 2024. Certified survey maps and condominium plats are prepared by professional land surveyors and are used to subdivide property. Some of the information shown on these documents includes but is not limited to boundary lines, easements, public right-of-way, monuments, and common elements. Final documents will be recorded with the St. Croix County Register of Deeds and incorporated into the development agreement between the City of New Richmond and private partner Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions.
