Join us for this cooking demonstration of Thai cuisine with Chef Peter Kwong. Space is limited so please reserve your spot by registering online or at the library. Peter Kwong is a local cooking instructor, longtime chef and the author of two books: Wok & Roll: A Collection of Recipes, Philosophy and Laughter and Have You Eaten: A Memoir of Growing Up Around Food in Hong Kong.
