Please join us for the ceremonial groundbreaking of New Richmond’s new community library.
Families with children are invited to join us at 10:00 am, ahead of the ceremony, for a very special construction-themed Little Learners Storytime to commemorate the groundbreaking and get a hard hat and board book to take home!
Shuttle service will be provided from City Hall (156 E 1st St.).
This event will be held rain or shine.
