Site Plan/Stormwater Application Approved for Mixed-Use Library Building Project
On June 4, 2024, the Plan Commission approved a site plan and stormwater application submitted by the City of New Richmond for the construction of a mixed-use public library and private residences.
As part of a site plan and stormwater application, several project components are reviewed, including but not limited to zoning, setbacks from property lines, parking, utilities, stormwater management, landscaping, exterior lighting, and bicycle and pedestrian access, to ensure plans are consistent with local ordinances.
Following approval from the Plan Commission, the City of New Richmond and private partner Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions now await plan review by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services, which is scheduled later in June.
