Following a competitive request for qualifications process, the New Richmond City Council, in partnership with the School District of New Richmond Board of Education, is pleased to announce the selection of Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions, LLC, as the development partner for a new mixed-use public library to be located at 421 S Green Avenue. The original master plan agreement, adopted in 2017, included conditions prohibiting residential development or additional commercial enterprises outside of the Library building on the property. A revised agreement was prepared to remove said conditions. The revised library site master plan was approved by the Board of Education on October 5 and the City Council on October 11.

Noah Wiedenfeld shared the following slideshow on the process and vision for the project with Library Board and Staff to give a better understanding on the journey the project has taken and the new direction. The presentation will also be shared with community organizations that want to learn more.
