Friends of the Library
The Friends’ Mission
The Friends of the New Richmond Community Library supports engaging and inclusive services, programs, and materials. We advocate for the library through fundraising and volunteerism, so that we may enrich lives and strengthen our whole community.
Become a Friend!
The Friends of the Library Board typically meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 4:30 pm at the Library. Meetings may be skipped due to weather, we encourage you to verify that the meeting will take place by calling 715-243-0431.
If you are interested in getting involved, please call the Library at 715-243-0431, or email the Friends at [email protected].
Book Sale Volunteers
The annual book sale for the Friends of the New Richmond Community Library is scheduled for June 10 – 13, 2026. This is the top fundraiser of the year, and fulfilling this fundraiser could not happen without the dedicated support from our volunteers. New this year–the book sale fundraiser will happen indoors in the RCU Meeting Room that is adjacent to the library in the new building. If you are interested in volunteering your time, please follow the link below to sign up for a volunteer shift.
